These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Service Terms & Conditions:

  • •Project Scope: All services are provided based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work document that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
  • •Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
  • •Revisions: Each service includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be charged at ₹1000 per hour.
  • •Delivery Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays or scope changes.
  • •Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely feedback, required materials, and access to necessary systems for successful project completion.

Product Terms & Conditions:

  • •License Grant: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your business purposes.
  • •Subscription Terms: Products are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • •Usage Limits: Each subscription plan has specified usage limits (e.g., API calls, users, emails). Exceeding limits may incur additional charges.
  • •Support & Maintenance: Basic support is included. Premium support plans are available for enterprise customers.
  • •Data Privacy: Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our cloud-based products. Support requests are acknowledged within 24 hours on business days.

Internship Program Terms

Terms and conditions for participants in our internship programs.

Internship Duration

  • •Internship duration ranges from 1 to 3 months based on the program selected.
  • •Interns must commit to the full duration as agreed upon at the time of selection.
  • •Extension requests are considered based on performance and project requirements.

Intern Responsibilities

  • •Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.
  • •Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings.
  • •Maintain professional communication with mentors and team members.

Confidentiality

  • •Interns must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
  • •No disclosure of company projects, code, or strategies to third parties.
  • •NDA must be signed before accessing sensitive information.

Compensation

  • •Interns may receive stipends based on performance and program type.
  • •Compensation terms are communicated at the time of offer.
  • •Performance-based incentives may be awarded for exceptional work.

Intellectual Property

Any work, code, designs, or intellectual property created by interns during the internship period shall be the sole property of Amisunix Dream Adoration Private Limited.

  • •Interns assign all rights to work created during internship.
  • •Pre-existing intellectual property remains with the intern.
Attendance & Punctuality

90% attendance mandatory. Leaves must be approved 24 hours in advance.

Code of Conduct

Professional behavior expected. Zero tolerance for harassment.

Certification

Certificate awarded upon successful completion and evaluation.

Payment Terms

Terms regarding payments, refunds, and billing.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and major payment gateways. All payments are processed securely.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds after work has commenced. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month and suspension of services until payment is received.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be added to invoices as per legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amisunix Dream Adoration Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • •Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • •Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the past 12 months
